I strive for excellent workmanship and quality construction. Handmade items will vary and may not match the photographs exactly. They may contain irregularities due to handcrafting and should not be conserved flawed or defective.

Most greeting cards in my shop are A-2 size which measure approximately 5 ½" x 4 ¼".
Notecards are approximately 5" x 3 ½"
Gift insert cards are approximately 3" x 3"

Orders will be processed Monday through Friday, except holidays, and should be completed and ready to ship within 1-3 business days.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a USPS tracking number which you can use to follow the progress of your package.

Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. All purchases ship from Connecticut.

Verify your PayPal and Etsy shipping addresses to avoid significant delays.
If you place an order and then realize you've provided an incorrect address, please notify me immediately by using the Etsy Convo feature.
If your order has already shipped, I will have to wait until it is returned to me by the post office before I can reship it to your correct address.
Additional shipping charges may apply.
I am not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by you.

Every computer monitor, phone, etc displays color a little differently. If you are looking for an exact color match, please convo me to request a color swatch at no charge, before placing your order. Incorrect color is not a reason for a return and should not be considered an error on my part.

I try to keep most of the cards in my shop flat for ease of mailing. Those that are embellished with pearls, rhinestones, buttons, etc. are best mailed with a protective layer between the embellishments and the envelope. I will include a piece of card stock or grey board in its mailing envelope for this purpose. For extra thick cards, hand delivery is best.

If you want extra added protection against rain, snow or accidental spills, put your signed card back in the clear, acrylic sleeve that you received it in.
It will give your card just a little extra added protection until it reaches its final destination.
